1. Instant Download: E-books, reports and other digital products are available for instant download after payment confirmation.
2. Email Delivery: Digital products will be emailed to your registered email address within 48 hours.
3. No Physical Shipping: Digital products do not require physical shipping.
Physical Products
1. Shipping Regions: We ship to all over India. We DO NOT offer International Shipping.
2. Shipping Methods: Trackon, DTDC, Delhivery for city. Speed Post for village.
3. Estimated Delivery Time: Once Payment is confirmed, your orders will be shipped within 3 days. Once shipped, your order should reach you within 4-7 business days.
4. Tracking Information: Tracking details will be emailed to your registered email address. You can also see your tracking details on My Account Page of the website.
Delivery Failure
1. Incorrect Address: We are not liable for delivery failures due to incorrect addresses.
2. Lost or Damaged Packages: Contact us within 7 days to report issues.
Refunds and Returns
1. Digital Products: No refunds or returns for digital products.
2. Physical Products: We have No Cancellations – No Returns – No Refunds Policy for Physical Products. Once payment is done & order is placed, you can Not cancel it. Even after the order is delivered, you can Not return it. We will not acknowledge any refund requests.
Shipping Costs
1. Calculated at Checkout: Shipping costs are calculated based on product weight, dimensions and destination.
2. Free Shipping: Not available.

1. Payment Processing: Orders are processed within 24 hours after payment confirmation.
